Please read these Terms of Service carefully before applying to or participating in the Zeloric Internship Programme. By submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "Applicant/Intern") and Zeloric.io ("Zeloric", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and participation in the Zeloric Internship Programme and associated website at zeloric.io.
By submitting an application form on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit an application.
2. About Zeloric & the Internship Programme
Zeloric.io is a technology company building infrastructure for the digital economy. The Zeloric Internship Programme ("the Programme") is a structured, project-based experience designed to give students and recent graduates real, verifiable work experience on live technology projects.
The Programme is fully remote, runs for 12 weeks per cohort, and offers multiple specialisation tracks. Participation does not create an employment relationship between you and Zeloric.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible to apply to the Zeloric Internship Programme, you must:
- Be currently enrolled at an accredited university or college anywhere in the world, OR have graduated within the last 12 months at the time of application
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Have a personal computer (Windows 10/11 or macOS 12 or later) with a minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Have a stable broadband internet connection sufficient for video conferencing
- Be able to commit to the programme's time requirements for the full 12-week duration
Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee acceptance. Admission decisions are made at Zeloric's sole discretion based on the strength of each application.
4. Application Process
By submitting an application, you confirm that:
- All information provided in your application is accurate, truthful, and complete to the best of your knowledge
- Any resume, portfolio, or work samples you submit are your own work or clearly attributed to others where applicable
- You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee an offer of a place in the programme
Zeloric reserves the right to reject any application at any stage of the process without providing a reason. Applications that contain false, misleading, or plagiarised information will be immediately disqualified and the applicant may be permanently barred from future applications.
Application deadlines are stated on the website. Zeloric may close applications early if all available spots are filled before the stated deadline.
5. Nature of the Internship
Unpaid Programme
The Zeloric Internship Programme is an unpaid experience. Participants are not employees, contractors, or agents of Zeloric. No wages, salaries, stipends, or other financial compensation will be paid for participation in the programme.
The value provided in lieu of compensation includes real project experience, a formal reference letter, a verified completion certificate, access to the Zeloric alumni network, and exposure to Zeloric's hiring partner companies.
No Employment Relationship
Participation in the programme does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you and Zeloric. You are not entitled to any employment benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, paid leave, workers' compensation, or severance.
Remote Participation
The programme is conducted entirely remotely. You are responsible for providing your own equipment, internet access, and workspace. Zeloric will not reimburse costs associated with your personal equipment or internet connection.
Time Commitment
Interns are expected to dedicate approximately 20–30 hours per week to programme activities. Specific expectations will be detailed in your onboarding materials. Mandatory weekly video sync sessions will be scheduled at a time agreed with your team lead.
6. Intern Obligations
Upon acceptance into the programme, you agree to:

In the event of programme cancellation, Zeloric will notify all affected accepted interns as promptly as reasonably possible. Zeloric will not be liable for any losses, expenses, or damages arising from a programme cancellation.

Upon completion or termination for any reason, you must immediately return or delete any Zeloric confidential materials in your possession and cease use of any Zeloric systems or tools.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Programme and all associated materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Zeloric makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

- That the programme will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations
All statistics relating to intern outcomes (such as full-time conversion rates) represent historical averages and are not guarantees of individual results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zeloric, its directors, employees, mentors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the programme or use of our website.
Zeloric's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100), regardless of the form or basis of the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zeloric is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
