Pilots train in simulators. So do support engineers.
Real companies can't let beginners practice on real customers. So we built one you can't break. The work is real. The stakes are safe. The record is permanent.

You watch
Videos, quizzes, and a certificate that says you attended.
- No real tickets, no real tools
- AI mentioned in one module, if at all
- Nothing an employer can verify
- $8,000 to $15,000 upfront
You sample
A few hours of browser tasks and a completion badge.
- 3 to 6 hours, self-paced
- No AI training at all
- Model answers, no grading depth
- No sustained work record
You do the job
12 weeks on a live support desk, graded like an employee.
- Real Jira, Confluence, Slack, SQL, Postman
- You build AI tooling as part of the job
- Every ticket graded on 6 dimensions
- A public, verifiable work record forever

Mentors read your actual tickets
Senior leads review your work and push you harder each week.

Standups, 1-on-1s, Friday retros
Daily standups, a weekly 1-on-1, a Friday review of your numbers.

SLA clocks that don't care
Ten minutes into your first P1, it stops feeling like practice.
The stack you work in
AI is taking the routine support jobs.Become the engineer who runs the AI.
Two thirds of support teams run AI agents. Most support agents were never trained to use them. The role that survives commands the AI. That's the role we train.

What you'll practice, on the job
- Prompt AI for deep diagnostic research on real cases
- Build skill files that triage entire case categories
- Draft with AI, verify like an engineer: your judgment is what's graded
- Ship an AI tool as your capstone, published on your record
AI isn't banned here like in school. It's taught, required, and graded.
Don't trust us. Verify.
Every graduate gets a public verification page and a live profile of their actual work. Try it.

The math that matters
US support engineers start around $60,000 and climb past $130,000 as they get senior, with the top earners above $160,000. AI-skilled workers earn 56% more (PwC 2025 AI Jobs Barometer). The entire Residency: $897.

Is the work real if the company is simulated?
The company is simulated. The work is not. You'll triage genuine faults in a functioning SaaS product, work them through a real Jira Service Management desk with real SLA clocks, write real Confluence articles, and communicate with AI customers whose mood depends on how well you handle them. The result is a body of work that exists, is timestamped, and can be independently verified, which is more than most real internships leave behind.
What exactly do employers see?
A public certificate verification page, and, with your consent, your profile: tickets resolved, SLA record, Simulated CSAT, your six-dimension skill scores, articles you authored, and full ticket transcripts they can read like a replay. You control what's public and can withdraw consent anytime.
How is my work graded?
An AI grader reviews every closed ticket thread against six dimensions: tone and empathy, diagnostic quality, communication, SLA discipline, resolution correctness, and documentation. Senior mentors spot-check gradings, and the resolution itself is validated server-side, so a ticket only counts as fixed when the underlying fault is actually cleared. You see your scores weekly and exactly what stands between you and certification.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You graduate with a verified certificate, a reference letter, your permanent public work record, and 6 months of included Community membership: the job board, interview prep, and the network. Employers browsing our talent directory can request an intro, which only happens if you accept it.
You need experience to get hired. You need a job to get experience. We broke the loop.
